Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that you possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms and use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of Our Services

Pase Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service or its underlying source code.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the integrity or performance of the Service or the servers and networks connected to it.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive or malicious nature.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect information about other users without their express consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

3. User Content and Permissions

The Service may permit you to upload, submit, store, or share content, such as photographs, text, poll questions, and votes (“User Content”). You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.

By uploading or submitting User Content through the Service, you grant Pase Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license (with the right to sublicense) to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Service to you and other users in accordance with your chosen settings.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload and share your User Content.
• Your User Content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
• If you upload photos or media depicting any individual—particularly minors or children—you have obtained explicit consent from the individual, or from the parent or legal guardian in the case of a minor, prior to posting or sharing.
• Your User Content does not contain hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, violence, defamation, or other harmful or objectionable content.

Pase Labs reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, flag, filter, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful or inappropriate in our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including but not limited to the design, layout, logos, trademarks, text, software, code, graphics, interactive features, and overall “look and feel”—are and will remain the exclusive property of Beyond Stop LLC d/b/a Pase Labs and its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or exploit any materials from the Service without prior written authorization from Pase Labs. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Pase Labs or their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Services and App Stores

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services (e.g., social media sharing, cloud storage, payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by Pase Labs. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

If you download our mobile applications from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Pase Labs only, and not with the app store provider. Your use of the mobile app must also comply with the applicable terms of service and usage rules established by the respective app store.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PASE LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEYOND STOP LLC D/B/A PASE LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PASE LABS FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING SIX MONTHS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beyond Stop LLC d/b/a Pase Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
